Fick skott på masken – tvingades lämna isen

LOS ANGELES. Robin Lehner, 27,  fick chansen att vakta kassen hos New York Islanders för tredje gången i höst när laget gästade Los Angels i natt, svensk tid.

Och Lehner storspelade innan han fick ett hårt skott på målvaktsmasken med knappt nio minuter kvar av den sista perioden.

Någon minut senare gick han av isen och återkom inte.

– Han fick ett skott på sig högt mot kroppen och blev avplockad. Vi får se hur han mår i morgon, då har vi en bättre bild av läget, sa coachen Barry Trotz när han mötte pressen efter matchen.
